Deleting Administror on Local Machine??

I got into a debate with a stubbon friend. He believes
that you can delete the local administrator account on a
win 2000 pro machine, and have Advanced Server send all of
the logon credentials. I think he is out of his mind. Is
this possible???
 
No. You can not delete "the" administrator account from a Windows 2000 computer
and it can not be locked out to interactive logon nor removed from the local
administrators group. I suggest you have him show you how it's done if he is so
