Deleting a pst file for Outlook 2007

I am trying to delete all my contact, calendar, and email off my computer so
I can start over fresh with a new account. In 2007 is this still a pst file?
Where is this file and how do I delete it?

In your case I would reformat and re-install fresh everything including the OS.
