Deleting a downloaded update file

One of the programs that I have downloaded an update file for itself, however
when it tries to install I get an error message. I've manually downloaded the
update file and installed the update. Where can I find the file that the
program downloaded so I can delete it. The program is Adobe Acrobat
Professional 7. Each time I restart my computer The downloaded file wants to
install and I have to cancel it. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium
