Forgive me if I am being redundant, I am new. Is it possible to retrieve a Works word processor document that was accidentally deleted? Thanks so much

Possibly in yr Recycle Bin or if you have a backup copy. - other than that
complicated! requires editing the hd with appropriate software.
In Word; File/Save As/Tools tick allways create a backup copy - may
depend on yr version

If it's still in your recycle bin, yes. Just open the
recylce bin up, then click on edit, then undo delete. If
you've already emptied your bin though, you're screwed.
