deleted restore file

While I was using McAfee virus scan, I deleted a file which turned out to be
a VB script signed by Dell, which was probably installed on my computer
before I got it. Does anyone know if this deleted file will cause problems
when I try to use System Restore, and if so, how can I re-load it on to my
computer?
