I recently deleted the Qos by accident and would like to
know if I can re-install it using one of the disc that
came with my computer. If so which one would it be.
Operating System - XP Home Edition
Office XP - Small Business
Office XP - Service Pack 1
Inspiron 2650 System Software - Drivers, Utilities and
Applications.

It would be that one. It is a bit complicated, and for QoS I would
think it not worth bothering *unless* you have one of the rare programs
that actually uses the service. I would make sure of a restore point in
advance. Then what you have to do is go to a Command Prompt, CD to
C:\Windows\Registration and
Attrib -H -R -S *.clb
DEL *.clb
to remove registration information. Reboot, go to Control Panel -
Add/Remove and select Windows Components on the left. Without checking
or unchecking anything, click Next.

Go to Network Connections. Assuming you mean your
network card, right-click and then click on Properties.

Click on install ---> service --->microsoft--->qos

If you need a disk you will be prompted to insert one,
probably OS XP.
