deleted programs

i accidently deleted the macomedia program from my computer,now i need it
after i installed a program the program will not run ,the problem the
computer is saying is"install the latest macromedia flash plugin. the
installer file is avail. on the cd-rom in the installer's folder" at the
bottom of the screen it says "missing flash plugin".

macromedia is a free download. go to its parent website.....
