deleted programs

I have deleted some Hotfix files from my computer. There
are a lot of them in add/remove programs. Do I need to
keep all of them there? And what problems might I have
from the ones I've already deleted?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

You need to keep all the hotfixes that you obtain from Windows Update.

Why not just go on blindly deleting things you know
nothing about, then when your computer doesn't work
anymore, post back here, whining about how Microsoft
always screws things up? That's what most people do.
