Deleted personal folders from available info services list

Workstation OS XP Pro, Outlook 2K SP3. My customer deleted personal folders
from services list by mistake.

I tried configuring Outlook again on a different profile but personal
folders are still missing.

I also tried file, new, personal folders file (.pst). I recieved error - The
message interface has retured an unknown error. If the problem persists,
restart Outlook. I restarted Outlook and problem continues.

How can I recreate this service?

Do a detect/repair of Outlook (get your installation media handy) and see if
that resolves the problem.

How can I recreate this service?

Tools>Services>Add to add the Personal Folders server, pointing it at the
old PST.
