Deleted ntsrv.exe

Hi, I deleted ntsrv.exe file from my Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents when it was infected by virus and find a constant msg popup
whenever I use Internet Explorer.

Can someone advise on how to solve and what issues this missing file may
lead to?

Asked and answered already elsewhere. The ntsrv.exe *is* the infector!
