Deleted Multimedia Audio Controller in Device Manager

Hi there,
I accidently deleted my Multimedia Audio Controller from
Device Manager. I've installed all available windows
updates in hopes that it would come back. It didn't. I've
been searching all day trying to figure out how to get it
back.
My system had no sound available prior to me deleting
this. I reinstalled SoundBlaster and at least that gave
me back my options in the drop down boxes in the
audio/sounds control panel. I'm hoping once I get the
Multimedia Audio Controller back sound will be restored.

try, help & support, look up add hardware wizard, with
this maybe you can reinstall your audio controller, or go
to sound blaster web site, if thats your audio card and
reinstall or update.
