Deleted mail sync

Ok I use Outlook 2007 on a desktop and a laptop as my mail client.
When I delete mail in Outlook, then log onto msn.com or hotmail.com and
check mail via interent the mail I deleleted in Outlook is still there on the
server or something. Then I have to deleted it again. My problem is that when
I deleted it in Outlook 2007 I want it to delete from msn.com and hotmail.com
is this possible and how?
