deleted mail folder

Is it possible to recover a deleted mail folder? Its contents do not show up in the "deleted items" folder.

If you are connected to an Exchange server and the Exchange administrator
has enabled the option, you can recover items deleted from Deleted Items.
Otherwise, you are out of luck.
