Deleted Junk Mail Folder

I accidently deleted my junk mail folder and I cannot get it back. It's not
in the deleted items folder. It's not anywhere. How do you restore the junk
folder?
 
Something does not sound right, Outlook does not allow you to delete your
junk email folder
