DELETED important info! can i get it back?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
HELP ME
when uninsltalling sp2 i deeted a hotfix, when the computer rebooted a
message came up say it could not find SHLWAPI.dll. and tells me to reboot.
this is now a continuous cycle!
does any one know if i can get this back?

look at your post in one of the other groups you've used ..............

why did you uninstall sp2 in the first place?

my uncle told me it was really important to have, nad now i just wish it
didnt bother!!!!!!!!!!!
