Deleted File Type By Mistake

Hello,

I recently deleted a file type from my computer by mistake. I did this by
going to the start menu>control panel>folder options>clicked on the tab File
Types>and selected out of the list of Registered file types the Extension
TMP>then I pressed the Delete button by mistake. I meant to press the
Advanced button. The reason I was in that menu in the first place is
because I had downloaded an adobe file from the internet and my computer
kept assigning it a .tmp extension upon completing the download. So I was
trying to find out exactly what was going on. It was not until I deleted
the file type by accident that I right clicked on the file I downloaded>and
clicked into the properties and saw that windows said that this file might
be blocked because it was download off of another computer. There was a
button with the Unblock option highlighted. I have two questions. How do I
replace that file type that I deleted by mistake? I know that when I
clicked onto it in the File Types menu it said something in the Details
about TMP and TRF files are blocked files... again I am not sure what it
said exactly, but I would like to replace it with the original properties.
I would also like to know how to handle files that are download blocked by
windows. I have pressed that Unblock option in the properties menu of the
file I downloaded and nothing has happened. It might be because I deleted
the file type. I am not sure.
