No Bootup

While mapped to c$ on a local drive of another xp
machine, I deleted "Everyone" and added my network
login. This had the affect of locking before the boot
files can load.

Tried:
Setup "r" option - no access.
"r" log on as admin dos prompt. Access with - no rights.
Can change services. Trying to disable service that is
blocking.
F2 and restore not option no backup.
"last good" - does not work.
network login does not work either.
no access no access.

Need to backup to prior to change.

Any ideas.

Your best option is to use the Recovery Console to boot up.
If that fails your next best option is to connect the HD to another
computer and make the necessary corrections from there.
You need to configure permissions or take ownership of the
C:\drive from the host computer to recover full access.
