I was in the process of changing my user account when I accidently deleted
the computer administrator account and now I have just one account and it is
limited. I can I restore or get back my administrator account. I can not go
in and change the limited account to an administrator account because you
have to have an administrator account to do so and I deleted mine. Please
Help me

On start up or restart, tap the F8 key, select safe mode, enter xp as
administrator.
Chk out the files,a limited account should not have the rights to delete
those
files.You might also,install xp cd,exit the info page,go to run,type:cmd
In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow

XP Pro :
Boot your computer,
At the Log-on Screen, Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete twice
Enter "Administrator"(Without quotes) as the user name and password blank

XP Home:
Boot your Computer in Safe Mode
Log-in as Administrator

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account(s) and use Start > Run
"control userpasswords2" to modify the desired account(s). By
design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home
is to reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice
at the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
