delete useless web

friends, I'm a new comer from indonesia. I got a problem,
it will very helpful if one of u can help me. Everytime i
turn my computer on, there will be some web that appeared
automaticly, and how can i delete that web, cause it
contained picture that is indecent to our office manner.
