Delete Office Setup Files for 2003 Pro?

I have upgraded to Office 2003 Pro from XP Pro.
When I run Disc Cleanup it shows huge amount of files from setup.
Do I delete these? Leave them? Do I need these files?

Your choice. Those are the installation files for Office features not
installed by default. If you delete them, you will be prompted for your
Office 2003 CD each time you add a new feature or update your installation.
