Outlook Contacts from Office 2003 to Office XP?

I'm assuming you are using Outlook 2003. If not, you can still accomplish
this, but the menu choices will be worded differently:

1. Switch to contacts view in Outlook
2. Choose File, Import and Export
3. Choose Outlook

From the Wizard, choose Export to a file, then choose what type of file to
put your contacts into. If you are importing on the new system to Outlook
2003 (or any other version of Outlook), choose Personal Folder File (.pst).
Make any other settings and then finish the wizard.

On the other computer, you do a File, Import and Export. You will be promted
the same way as the export routine, just tell the wizard where the .pst file
is and it will bring the contacts over. There will be other settings to
choose from, such as allowing for duplicates. Choose as you prefer...
