delete images from the web on my hard drive etc.

I need to get my computer going faster and I was told that any images viewed
on the web may be stored and is slowing things down. Can I go somewhere to
view and delete?
 
One place to start is Tools | Internet Options in Internet Explorer. On the
General tab, click on Delete Files...
