Delete histories.

I use WinXP/2 on a laptop and a tower. I would like to delete all mention of
'Net sites I have visited, perhaps daily. Also I would like to delete
cookies at the same time. I seem to have a key tracking malware which I
can't find. Each time I try something new I get a large number of spam
emails related to my new enquiry. A recent example here is "Photography."

I seem to have seen methods for doing these things but memory no longer
serves me.

You can use CCleaner to do what you like but it will not remove malware. You
need to clean up your computer.
