all,
I want to delete the cookies that are set by the google personalize
home page or when once i view the you tube video cookie is set I want
it to delete programmatically so I am able to see same video hundreds
of time.
my question is straight i want to delete the cookies that are set by
the youtube once I watch the video so how can i do that delete the
cookie programmatically..........

just scan the cookie folder of IE and delete the files you want to
kill...

All browsers store cookies as text files. All you need to do is find where
they are, and do the same.

FireFox is acting the same as IE, it stores cookies in a special
folder.
You juste have to find it, certainly a key in the registry.
