Delegates tab causes Outlook to freeze

My user is working with WinXP/Office 2K3. When she selects the Outlook
delegates tab, Outlook freezes and needs to be forcibly shut down. If I
access her account with a Win2K/Office2K machine, everything works as
expected. Reinstalling the product has not resolved this issue. I only have
one user experiencing this issue. And the back end is NT4/Exchange 5.5.

Any Ideas?
