delegates error message

I am getting the following error message when trying to
add delegates:
"The Delegates page is not available. Unable to access
Outlook folder."

Is there anything I can do to fix this. Thanks.
 
Recheck the permissions and shares on the shared source folders and the
delegate ppl added also check with your Network Admin and make sure that no
network permissions have been changed.
