Delegates Page is not Available

Outlook 2002 Exchange 2000

Suddenly today I can't get to my Delegates page, I get "The Delegates Page
is not Available. Unable to Access Outlook Folder."

I'm online, I've done a Detect and Repair and I've rebooted. I can send and
receive mail fine. I've looked for the answer in other groups and I haven't
found anything that works. Any one have any ideas other than blowing away
my mailbox? I hate doing that.
