I have a delegate managing several people's calendars. Strange things
happen, especially with recurring meetings. She's running Outlook /
Office XP with SP3 installed as well as the clients she's managing.
The servers are Exchange 2000.
I have not only updated her and the other users to SP3 but checked
the other things that are normally related to these issues like
offline calendars...etc. As far as I can tell, everything is setup
properly but the problems haven't gotten much better.
Looking for resolution / input / suggestions on any of the following
issues:
- Recurring meetings drop off the calendars she manages, especially
when moving or making a change to one.
- Changes to recurring meetings don't update on the calendars she
manages.
- Meetings show up in the calendars as "Tenative" when they've
accepted the meetings or look like they never responded when they
accepted.
Most of these things will appear to work properly at the time
they're done, but after a day or so the meetings will drop off or the
status will change on the calendar.
