My windows ep has been delaying after the desk top comes
on for approximately five minutes. I've tried
reinstalling the ep disk but can't find the 25 character
number that it asks for on the cd. There are numbers on
the jacket but not a total of 25. There is a tracking
number with 14 numbers on the back there is a dsnus
number with 18. Any help???
