"Delayed Write Faled" error

I am getting the "Delayed Write Failed" error message
described in KB321733. How do I obtain the hotfix
described in the KB article? I do not see a way to
download.

You do what it says to do in the article: you call Microsoft and ask for
the hotfix. There is no charge.
