Delay In Opening Emails

Hi All.

Started having a few problems with some of the PC's in my
company. About 6 weeks ago Outlook started playing up.
Basically when you click on an email, it takes about 5
seconds before it opens up. In never used to and we
haven't upgraded or anything.

The weird thing is that it only affects some people. We
all have the same laptops so it can't be a hardware
problem.

HELP!!!!

See if turning off Instant Messaging integration in Tools -> Options ->
Other helps.
