Delay in opening AD Users and Computers

Hello!

I have a W2K Server SP4 with Exchnage 5.5 and Groupshield
and Netshield McAfee antivirus. I've looked everywhere to
figure this out. I'm sure my DNS is functioning properly
and my server runs great otherwise. My problem is the AD
Users and Computers takes a real long time (upwards of 5
minutes) to open. Makes adding users a long drawn out
task. I have a Mixed mode domain but the W2K server is my
DC, the server and logins function fine. Its just when I
try to access the AD Users and Computers. I look on the
process monitor and my CPU is at 100% with mmc.exe causing
the clog up.

Anyone have this problem? Anyone have this solution?!

I had the same problems a while back, it turned out that it was McAfee that
caused it. I didn't dig into it too much since it was just a labmachine so I
don't know if there is a workaround or solution to the issue.

Thanks for your reply, I've done that to no avail, could
it be a SP4 issue, as in SP3 I never had this much trouble.
