Delay in e-mail to certain address

For the past several weeks I have been having problems sending e-mails to a
particular address. They are delayed anywhere from 1 hour to 28 hours and
some never get through. The header of the e-mail indicates the e-mail is
getting to Sun Java System Messaging Server at the time the e-mail is sent
but isn't being released. The issue is clearly with Windows Mail. I had
been sending to this e-mail address for years without any problems and do not
have this problem with other e-mail addresses.

Any idea why this is happening and what can be done to correct it.

If a copy of your email shows up in Sent Items folder, the problem lies
somewhere outside of Windows Mail.
