deinstalling Giant Software

I was just completing a Giant spyware tryout period when
Microsoft acquired Giant. When I was requested to buy
the software after the trial period and replied "YES", I
was told I couldn't buy it because of the acquisition.
Can I download the Beta without removing the Giant tryout
software??? How do I stop the Giant software
continuously interrupting me to (still) ask if I will buy
it.

No you will not be able to run them side by side on the same PC. They use
the same processes. Uninstall Giant before installing MS Anti-Spyware.
