Degram can't get below 15% on C Drive

Hi,

I defrag on a continually basis however, recently I
defraged, then check and here are the results:
Volume (C:)
Volume size 16 GB
Cluster size 4 KB
Used space 6.19GB
Free space 9.81GB
Percent free space 61%

Volume Fragmentation:
Total fragmentation 15%
File fragmentation 31%
Free space fragmentation 0%
File fragmentation:
Total files 55,493
Average file size 206KB
Total fragmented files 73
Total excess fragments 136
Average fragments per file 1.00
Pagefile fragmentation:
Pagefile size 1.17GB
Total framents 3
Folder Fragmentation:
Total folders 6,116
Fragmented folders 1
Excess folder fragemnts 1
Master File Table (MFT) fragmentation
Total MFT size 101MB
MFT record count 61,671
Percent MFT in use 59
Total MFT fragments 2

Also I stopped the restore points, then defrag and not
significant drop in %.

Any help would be great.

Any help would be great.
Do you have any really big files on this volume?
Such as media files, AVI, MPG,etc.
This can cause this.
