Defragmentation

I've defraged and still get red (defrag) after. Shouldn't all the red
disappear to show I have a completed defrag?

If you don't have sufficient free space on your hard drive to handle the
largest of the files that need to be defragged, defragging won't work
properly.

Hi Ron, Thanks for answering my question. However, it shows that I have 86%
free space. Shouldn't this be significant for a proper defrag?

Should be more than enough.

Could be files that are open - the built-in defragmenter can have issues
with that. Try booting into Safe Mode and defragmenting from there.
