chkdsk f/. what is that?

it pops up when i try and do a disk defragment.......how do i run
it.....cancel it......not run it-------get around it........all in order to
run the defragmenter??

Go to run,type:cmd In cmd type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,type:EXIT
Restart pc
