defragmentation problems

hello,
latelly i have been expecting som defragmentation problem.

aftr about 15% of defragmentation i get this kind of
message:


Some files on this volume could not be defragmented.
Please check the defragmentation report for the list of
these files.


And here ist the report:

Total MFT fragments = 15

Your problem is that you have one very large file which is larger than the
free space available, The free space is 8.27 gb and the file is 12.86 gb.
Try running Disk Defragmenter a second and a third time. See if it will
reduce the 15 fragments to a lower number.

Before running Disk Defragmenter I would run Disk CleanUp removing System
Restore points -see the More Options tab in Disk CleanUp. This will
temporarily increase the free space available.

In general terms I would not be too bothered by the fragmented "Mirko a
Ivanka.avi" file. I doubt it being fragmented affects the general overall
performance of your system.
