defragment program

Hi ,
I got infected by the bagel.no virsus and my pccillen
could not clean all my files ,so several were
quarenteened ,one was my defragment program, My computer
is still working fair and I was wondering if it would be
possible to download a new defrag program so I would not
have to restore my system at this time .
I have sony 1.2 gig ,256 ram and ie6 with 40 gig hd.
I would appriciate any information or help I could get .
