Defrag "D" drive, again & again.

My system: Acer 2450 laptop
Windows XP Home-SP2
Explorer 7
Question: After doing an analysis & being prompted
to Defrag Volume (D:) drive & defragging
this volume there were still files that
did not defragment. Hardly any difference
shown between the Estimated disk usage before
defrag & The Estimated disk usage after defrag
was shown on the screen.
After defrag is completed the screen shows:
"Defrag. is complete for:ACERDATA(D:). Some files
on this volume could not be defragmented. Please
check the Defrag. report for the list of these
files"
These files are:

640MB \erUBK_Folder\IMAGES\erUBK.008
640MB \erUBK_Folder\IMAGES\erUBK.009
640MB \erUBK_Folder\IMAGES\erUBK.010
I have no idea what these files are.
I tried Defrag. in Safe Mode, but still no change.
Why does it keep telling me to defrag when it will not defrag these files?
I have ran Spy-Bot, Ad-Aware & Windows Defender, but
nothing showed-up, all are clean.
If anyone has an idea why these files will not defrag,
I would appreciate your help and input. THANKS!

Google provides this:

It appears that these are Acer data backup files.

From slick1: I guess you are saying that there is no need to worry about
them then? Do I really need them, they take-up a lot of space,1920MB total.
Would I be able to copy these files and put them on my desktop to see if I
could delete them (if I don't get a warning message about deleting them)?
As a newuser I'm a little in the dark about these issues.
Thanks again!

Went to search and got:
" \erUBK_Folders\IMAGES refers to a location that is unavaiable. It
could be on a hard drive on this computer,or on a network. Check to make
sure that the disk is prperly inserted, or that you are connected to the
Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located,
the information might have been moved to a different location"
