defrag

for a few weeks now i'm getting the following report after running defrag:
Fragments: 2 File Size: 131KB Files that cannot be defragmented:
\System Volume
Information\_restore{44C6067E-09A5-4C3E-91A2-4EB622541997}\RP84\A0009260.ini

SEARCH does not give a result --- so how do i get to that file (to delete)
and should i delete it (if i get to it)
Why doesn't it defragment in the first place

any info is greatly appreciated

System Volume Information is where your restore points are stored for System
Restore.

Apparently you have System Restore running, so the folder is "in use", and
cannot be defragmented.

Best not to delete it or you'll lose your restore points.

System Volume Information is a Hidden folder, that's why you couldn't find
it.
