Defrag

I currently have SystemWorks 2002 installed on my computer and sometimes run
the defrag utility under Norton Utilities. It takes almost 2 hrs. to run. I
will be uninstalling SystemWorks and installing only NAV2005. Are the XP
utilities as good as SystemWorks such as the defrag option? After doing the
Norton defrag today I had my drive analyzed by XP and it said it needed to
be defragged, but Norton said it was OK.

I use both the Norton Optimizer and Windows Defragger. I believe the
Windows Defragger is better, especially after installing SP2.
