Everytime I launch Disk Defragmenter it tells me that the snap-in failed to
initialize. Can someone please help?

You might want to check on the following:
Go to Start -> Run and enter cmd.exe in the Open box.
Click OK.
At the command prompt type Path and hit enter.
At the very least, you should see the following displayed:
PATH=C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem;
Note: There may be more items listed at the end on your
machine.

Thank you all for your suggestions. However, I've already tried all of them
and nothing has worked. The PATH is correct and offline files are turned on.
Any other suggestions would be great.
