MS Defrag stopped working, help!

I removed Diskeeper 10 Pro (Trial Version). When I was done, the MS
Defragger no longer worked, I get the message:

Snap-in Failed to Initialize.

I have 2 PC's which are networked. Please tell me which files to copy
from one machine to the other in order to correct the problem.

That was a LONG blog, I had to dig but finally found the answer near
the end of the blog - thanks John!
