Defrag issue

Hi,

I have a customer who wants to enable his employees to run defrag, yet they
need admin rights to do this. Is there an easy work around? They are running
XP and 2000 Prof. in a domain.

There is also a policy to perform volume maintenance tasks although I'm not
sure you want to delegate that kind of control to users.

Hi,

Normally this would solve the problem, it is just that the customer is using
Server 2000 not 2003 and this does not include this option from GP.

I have tried using run as to call defrag from the cmd prompt but this asks
for a password and isn't a very clean solution. I'll keep trying.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.
