Defrag doesn't work anymore

When my win2k machine was new I installed Norton Utilities and everything was fine. However over time I've installed all the Service Packs and now when I try to defrag I get this messag

Speed Disk is designed to run with Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0, service pack 3 or later. It will not run on Windows NT 3.5

How do I reinstall the standard windows defrag utility?

Norton blocks the in-box defrag utility from running. You need to
exit/disable/uninstall SpeedDisk (which belongs to Norton).
