define my own / get "copy of" when moving/copying files

Hi Experts,

If there is files with the same file name in the same folder during
moving/copying files, the file can be renamed as "copy of xxx". Now I
have a Chinese Windows, "Copy of" is in chinese, how can I restore to
English. I would like to do it programmatically, so I think it is
defined in registry and I can change it. If in registrty, where is it?

Chinese version of Windows can only show the menus/dialogs/option/screen
captions/icons names in Chinese. For English, you need the English version.
