What is the definition of Junk Email for Windows mail??

It depends on how you set up your Junk Mail filter options (choose Tools >
Junk E-mail Options). For example, if you choose Safe Senders Only on the
Options tab, and Always Trust E-mail from my Windows Contacts, it's mail from
anyone who isn't in your Safe Senders list or Contacts folder.
