Defending against excessive radiation

What's the cheapest way to isolate my own apartment from the wireless
LAN radiation of my neighborhood?

Cheapest way to is to forget about it. The radiation inconsequential
anyway.

I remember reading that only the front of your CRT is "officially
shielded to international specs" and there's a lot of radiation
coming out of the back. OK fine, then I thought, what about my
feet which are essentially behind the monitor and below when I
stretch my legs under the desk ?
