Defender Scheduled Scans

Hello,

I have recently installed the new Windows Defender, and so far I like the
new interface. However, I was wondering if there was a way to set Defender
to scan only on weekdays and not on the weekends? I would like to run a scan
every weekday while I'm away, but when I'm here on the weekends, I don't want
it to scan.

Check the announcements group--the scans are done by a command-line
executable which you can schedule yourself using the Windows Scheduled Tasks
facility--that scheduler can do just what you'd like.
